2. Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility
If you encounter severe, unresolvable technical issues with our service, you are eligible to request a refund during your initial usage period. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have contacted our support team and given us a minimum of 48 hours to troubleshoot and resolve your issue.
- The issue must be proven to originate from our servers or infrastructure, rather than local configurations (e.g., your internet speed, local ISP throttling, or malfunctioning hardware devices).

3. Conditions Where Refunds Are NOT Issued
We do not grant refunds under the following circumstances:
